Our Policy at a Glance
Every item we make is printed to order. Because each print is custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns on non-defective items. If we made a mistake or your item has a manufacturing defect, we will make it right — no questions asked.
1. Defective or Incorrect Prints
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect (significant layer delamination, wrong dimensions, wrong color, or clearly failed print), or if we printed the wrong item, we will:
- Reprint and reship your order at no cost, OR
- Issue a full refund — your choice
To claim a defect, email my3dbros@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order reference
- Clear photos of the defect
- A brief description of the issue
2. Non-Defective Returns
Because all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size expectations (dimensions are provided on product pages)
- Custom prints where the uploaded file had issues not flagged before printing
- Color variations (small variations in filament color between batches are normal)
If you are unsure about a product before purchasing, please contact us first — we are happy to answer questions.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at no charge if it has not yet entered production. Once printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel: my3dbros@gmail.com.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days via the same payment method used for the original order. Actual posting time depends on your bank or payment provider.
5. Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the package before opening it and contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve it.
6. Questions
We are a small, customer-first operation. If something isn't right, please reach out — we will always do our best to make it right.
