Print Smith ("we", "us", "our") is a 3D printing service based in Israel. By placing an order or using our website at printsmith.store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Print Smith. Submitting an order via our website does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm the order by email.

We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to: file quality issues, prohibited content, capacity constraints, or items outside our capabilities.

All prices are listed in Israeli New Shekel (₪). Prices shown on the Instant Quote tool are estimates only — the final price is confirmed by email before payment is collected.

Payment is arranged separately after order confirmation. We will contact you with payment instructions. Orders are not processed or printed until payment is received.

Prices include Israeli VAT (17%) where applicable. International customers outside Israel may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local VAT at their destination country's rates — these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices. Customers in the European Union may be liable for VAT upon import.

When you upload a 3D file (STL, OBJ) for printing, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the file or have permission to have it printed
• The file does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• The item requested is legal to manufacture in Israel and the destination country

Print Smith reserves the right to refuse printing of any file that violates these conditions or that we deem inappropriate.

Our target turnaround is 24–48 hours from payment confirmation, subject to order complexity, queue, and material availability. Times given are estimates and not guaranteed. We will communicate any delays promptly.

Shipping timelines and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handoff to the courier.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal: Under EU Directive 2011/83, consumers in the European Union generally have a 14-day right to cancel distance purchases. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (Art. 16(c)). Because all 3D-printed items we produce are custom-manufactured to your specifications (material, colour, file, dimensions), the right of withdrawal is excluded. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal does not apply under the custom goods exception.

Standard catalogue items (pre-designed products from our shop that are not custom-printed to your file) retain the 14-day EU right of withdrawal. Contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return.

All original 3D models sold through the Print Smith shop (including STL files served on the site) remain the intellectual property of Print Smith and may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

Files uploaded by customers remain the property of the customer.

Print Smith is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
