SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are printed and shipped from Israel. We ship domestically within Israel and internationally to most countries worldwide.

All items are printed to order. Processing time begins after payment is confirmed and typically takes 1–2 business days depending on order complexity and current queue. You will receive a notification when your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal service conditions, customs clearance, and public holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and shown at checkout. The flat ₪15 domestic rate shown in the cart is an estimate — final shipping is confirmed when we review your order and contact you.

For international orders, shipping cost varies by destination and package weight. We will confirm the shipping cost before charging you.

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been handed to the courier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

We declare accurate values on all customs forms and cannot mark packages as "gifts" to avoid duties.

If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, or appears to be lost, contact us at my3dbros@gmail.com and we will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue.

Local pickup in Israel may be available by arrangement. Contact us to discuss if you prefer to collect your order in person.
